Dwayne is the Founder and CEO of Jake's Enterprise Equity Holding Company based in Chicago, IL. Jacobs joins the USBL as an Expansion Agent after completing internships at The Chicago Board of Trade, The Chicago Mercantile Exchange and Chicago Public Schools. His knowledge in the fininacial and equity markets will be utilized as he helps potential owners plan their expansion into the USBL.
